Shipping policy


Since we can ship from different production locations, the following costs apply for insured shipping until further notice:

  • Germany:€ 4 per site shipment (free shipping from € 100 value of goods)
  • Europe:€ 8 per site shipment (free shipping from € 300 value of goods)
  • Switzerland:€ 10 per site dispatch
  • UK:€ 12 per on-site delivery
  • Rest of the world:€ 15 per site shipment (up to 3.99 kg)
  • Rest of the world:€ 40 per site shipment (4 to 32 kg)

Which parcel company will deliver my order?

Bella ciao products   can, depending on the region,   by   different shipping service providers are delivered (DHL, DPD, UPS, Hermes or GLS).

When will I receive my order?

It usually takes 3 - 7 days to process an order, after which it will be shipped.

The delivery time depends on your location and is estimated as follows:

  • Germany:2 - 3 working days
  • Europe:4 - 6 working days
  • USA:6 - 8 business days
  • Australia:6-10 business days
  • Japan:6-10 business days
  • International rest:10 - 20 working days

Where will my order be shipped from?

In many cases, Bella ciao with different on-demand companies who take on the production and order processing. Depending on which product you order, the place of production also varies.
We do this so that we can work as sustainably as possible and not waste unnecessary resources.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link by email when your order is shipped. If you have any questions about tracking or your shipment, write us an email at

Will I be charged customs duties for my order?

An additional duty and tax fee may apply to international orders. This fee is beyond our control and is determined by the local customs office. Customs regulations vary from country to country. Therefore, please inquire directly at the local customs office whether there are duties and taxes on your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before you get in touch, please help us as follows:

  • Check the shipping confirmation email for errors in the delivery address.
  • Check with the local post office to see if you have the package.
  • Check with your neighbors to see if the courier left them with the package.

If the delivery address was correct and the package was not handed in at the post office or your neighbor, contact us at with your order number. If you found a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at our own expense.

What is your return policy?

Since we don't want to cause a flood of parcels, we don't offer returns or exchanges, but if something is wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at!

Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong or damaged items.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you're not sure which size fits better, check out our size charts. We have one for every item in our store in the product description.

While it's rare, it is possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If so, please let us know within one week of receiving your

Order at with. Include the order number and photos of the mislabelled item. We'll send you a new one or refund the purchase price!
